The speed of actions and the inclusion of unnecessary parts in the video (talking about Denver in the Drupal video)
Don't take this as a direct criticism, but I think you need to work on the following things.
1) Sometimes you work too quickly at the computer for the videos. I am just as experienced a user and can also click copy-paste, select-click, etc., very quickly. However, in real life, people I've explained things to often complained that they couldn't keep up. This falls under the category of "slow down, my memory is recording" :-)
2) For example, if you have several 7-minute videos about how to set up Drupal 5, 6, 7, 8, n... and not just Drupal, if you spend 4 minutes in each explaining how to install Denver and where to download it, I think that's unnecessary.
That is, it's a bit twofold; this instruction (about Denver) is needed for those who don't know it, but it's best to separate it out and reference it in the video, because it turns out that you haven't really explained much about Denver and at the same time you're spending half the video about Drupal talking about how to install Denver.
P.S. Overall, these are actually some of the videos that I have no >9000 complaints about, and everything seems to be going quite well
