CKEditor How to connect CSS menu

Can you tell me how to display a CSS menu in CKEditor?
I downloaded the menu... In the folder, there are two files (rapak_menu.html and style.css) as well as an images folder...
What do I need to do so that when I insert the rapak_menu.html code, CKEditor shows the menu!?

Drupal version 6

I'll manually enter the links and page titles in the menu by modifying the HTML code.
