How to display the site search block for everyone, especially for site guests!

Hello, Ivan.

I have a question:

How can I display the site search block not only for authenticated users but also for those who are visiting the site for the first time?

Do I need to force it to display by adding something somewhere?

 

 I tried all options in the admin panel, and it still only shows for users, while guests see nothing. Frown

 

After all, nowadays, few people can afford the luxury of spending time sifting through all the pages of a website to find the right topic or answer to their question, and I won't even mention registration.
