Menu titles are not displayed in the regions of the Zymphonies theme.

Dear forum members, please don’t throw shoes at me, but before writing here, I really searched everywhere I could for an answer to my question.
This is my first time creating a site on Drupal 8 (actually my very first experience with website building). I’m using a theme from Zymphonies, specifically Business Group Zymphonies Theme 8.x-1.0 (if that matters). For some reason, menu titles (block titles everywhere else display correctly) are not showing in the various regions of this theme.
Moreover, the "display title" checkbox is enabled in the settings. Meanwhile, the demo site of the theme shows that menu titles are supposed to be displayed.
In the Bartik theme, all menu titles display correctly; this issue only occurs with themes from Zymphonies :'-(

Please help, I feel like the problem is trivial, but either I’m terribly missing something or...
