Issue when transferring the site to hosting

I'm currently trying to transfer my site from a local server to free hosting following your lesson, and I've reached the step where after configuring in the dumper, I need to go to the address "my_site/dumper.php", but I'm getting an error. What could be wrong?
The error is:  http://www.hostinger.com/?
