Issue with configuring the ubercart catalog

Please help me understand the taxonomy and views of the Ubercart catalog.

 

The situation is as follows: http://drupal.sumkonos.com/

1 displayed the standard Ubercart catalog as a block (in the right column)

2 displayed taxonomy terms in the menu (left column)

 

Questions:

 

1 How can I apply the necessary views to the catalog, categories, and products? If I click on “edit view” in the catalog http://prntscr.com/2bj7wv, we see http://prntscr.com/2bj8h9 the path _catalog is somehow underlined, and if I create a menu item “Catalog1”, it opens a blank page.

 

2 Why do we see a completely different result when navigating through the items created in the menu compared to the catalog displayed via the block? Again, how can I apply the correct views to them?

 

3 Why is the "Add vocabulary name" function not active in the settings of the vocabulary “Catalog” http://prntscr.com/2bj7hw


4 Why do the breadcrumbs in the catalog displayed in the block lag behind by one position (when you are in the “men's clothing” category, the breadcrumb shows “catalog”, but when you are in “jackets”, it shows “men's clothing”).
