Is it possible to add custom filters for comments?

Good day!

 Could you please let me know if it's possible to add filters for comments so that users can filter them? For example, by a specific taxonomy term.

 We also need filtering by language. That's definitely necessary. All comments are in different languages. How can we filter them by language?
