How to create a field so that it defaults to an external link specified as a token?

Hello everyone!
Could you please tell me how to create a field that functions as an external link?
And so that I can set a default value using a token.
I know there is a Link Field module, but it only allows for the creation of internal links. The link module does not work with tokens.
