When trying to clear the entire cache, it throws an error 

also when adding a new effect to the image style, as well as during some other manipulations

how can I manually add the table cache_block to the database?

 

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'tricotdrupal.cache_block' doesn't exist: TRUNCATE {cache_block} ; Array ( ) in function cache_clear_all() (line 165 in file /var/www/tricotGC/tricot.com.ua/includes/cache.inc).
