Problem with installing CKEditor on Drupal 7.43

Hello everyone, kind people,

The problem is as follows -

I decided to install CKEditor on Drupal 7.43 and proceeded as follows -

1. Installed the CKEditor module from here - https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor

2. Went to http://ckeditor.com/, selected Add-ons, chose the full version of the editor, then added the available add-ons. Finally, downloaded it.

3. Placed the downloaded CKEditor into the folder - \sites\all\modules\ckeditor\ckeditor\

4. Went to the modules page and enabled CKEditor.

Now, in article editing, I have the following problem - CKEditor panels appear on the screen, but they are all gray and inactive, they do not work or respond to button clicks. I tried changing and creating "Text formats." CKEditor Global profile settings - %m/ckeditor

Please, kind people, advise where to look and what to do :)))).
