WYSIWYG+CKEditor Issue

Hello. I have a problem with enabling WYSIWYG and connecting CKEditor. I watched a video where WYSIWYG also didn't enable right away, and there was no explanation (maybe it's something simple...). In Drupal 7, it's a bit different. I installed WYSIWYG, IMCE Wysiwyg API bridge, IMCE. CKEditor is in the created libraries folder. When configuring WYSIWYG, it gives an error: The editor libraries are not installed. How do I set up the editor?
