The administrative panel is missing.

Hello, I have the following problem: I installed the Zen theme and tried to make the site stretch across the entire screen (its header) as shown in the YouTube tutorial (Drupal theming part 2). At that moment, the admin panel disappeared. The "site" (just a sandbox) is located on a local server.
