VBO views change of term in the material.

I need to change a term in the material one week after its creation (replace the term "new" with another). I created views and a component. In it, there is a loading from VBO and a loop through it (1 photo). But how can I now change the term for the materials? If I add an "action," "set value" (2 photos) and select "current list item" (as a selector), I can't change the field because it's not in the list of selectors (3 photos), and I understand that it needs to be somehow designated as "the entity has a field." Can you advise me on how to change the term for the material in VBO?
