Блок формы входа глючит

 добавил блок входа на сайт, если по нему входить с главной страницы то все норм, а если зайти на страницу вьюшки, и оттуда пытаться войти то страница обновляеться, но входа нет, и урл вот такой остаеться - "http://naadam.ru/-det-sad/*?destination=-det-sad/*"
