Good day!

Please write how to properly declare libraries and JS
for the module https://www.drupal.org/node/2324017 everything is fine for Drupal 7
and for Drupal 8 there is https://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/mmenu-8.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz
What should be written in ******.libraries.yml
