How to move the navigation menu to another region?

Hello Ivan, I have a problem.

 

I am practicing theming in Drupal with the Zen framework, and there is an issue. I need to move the main menu to the header region, but the problem is that this menu is hidden in the block settings. When I display it, it simply duplicates.

 

I removed the H1 label (Main Menu) using styles, but that's not a solution since I still have two menus on the screen. I need to move one of them to the header and remove the other.

 

 

How do you deal with this problem?
