Good day. I have a question for you. I want to create a news portal for my city. I would like the appearance of the homepage to be the same as in the picture, with all the news divided into blocks. Which module should I use to implement this? I tried using view, but it didn't work out. Could you help or suggest which modules to use for building a similar homepage?

P.S. Sorry if I posted the news in the wrong place. And thank you for such a great site. I've read a lot of valuable material. By the way, sorry about the image; I can't seem to upload a small one.
