Setting up Colorbox

Hello. I created a photo gallery following your tutorial, using Colorbox. Now, when I click on the preset, the full image opens, but there are no transitions to other images. I think the issue might be with the Colorbox settings, but your tutorial doesn't mention this at all.

My question is whether I need to specify paths in the theme's info file and why the structure of the Colorbox plugin I downloaded differs somewhat from what is shown in your tutorial; could this be the problem?
