Setting up the order confirmation email

Hello, could you please help me with Ubercart on Drupal 6? In the email about a new order, the customer's phone number is not coming through. I've checked everywhere, and it seems that the "phone number" option is selected. Only the email comes through. How can I set it up so that the phone number is included as well? Thank you very much.
