Restricting access to individual fields during input

Hello!

Please tell me how to make it so that when creating an ad, selecting the term "Apartments" makes the fields "Number of rooms," "Living area," etc., available for input, and when selecting the term "Cars," the fields "Brand," "Engine capacity," etc., become available for input.
