There is a bulletin board. On the main page, there is a list of products with an image of the product and a "show more" button.
These are displayed using Views, and when you click on the image or button, it opens the ad link, but it should open in a new window instead.

I have been digging into the theme and theming views; can you tell me how to do this? Specifically, what and where should I write it?
As an example, I found this site:
