tinymce select image file

Hello.

I am just starting to learn Drupal. I installed TinyMCE, and when I click the "Add/Edit Image" button, a form appears where the "Address" field is missing the file selection button. As a result, I cannot select an image file from my computer.

How can I solve this problem?
