Users adding photos from other websites

Hello, could you please tell me how users can add photos from other websites without uploading them to the server? For example, a user has a blog and wants to add photos to their blog post by copying links from another site where these photos are hosted. The photos should be displayed using colorbox and jcarousel. Thank you
