changing the placement of the search box

Hello.

A question from a beginner. I am using the Acquia Prosper theme to "create" my own theme. In this theme, the search-box is displayed on the page and its output cannot be configured on the block page, which means it is hardcoded. Using Firebug, I see that it is output in header-top.

Where can I find the file (code) that determines the output of the search-box specifically in header-top? I really want to move its output to the header.
