The "Content" menu item is not working

Hello!
In my Drupal 7 site, the "Content" menu item is not working. I cannot add content (Basic page). Nothing happens and I get the error "The site www.************.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

Until now everything worked fine.

Nothing has changed.

No updates have been performed.

Other menu items work perfectly.
