Email distribution in CCK fields

Hello. I created a small CRM for managing the client database, and for the client cards, I created a new content type and expanded it by adding CCK fields. One of the fields is the email address field. So, I have an interesting question: is it possible to send out newsletters to clients using the email addresses specified in their cards (node) in the email address field?
