Choosing a delivery service when selecting a term

Hello, could you please help me: I created a shipping rate based on the commerce_shipping_weight_tarif module      and I have a vocabulary with several cities set up using taxonomy. How can I create a condition so that this rate is displayed when a specific city is selected?
