Displaying categories and products through views using taxonomy

 Hello. I need your help.

Please help me solve this task. I'm only learning from your lessons.

Categories and subcategories have been created in the taxonomy.

For example.

Catalog---Category 1--Category 2 -- Category 3-- they have subcategories.

--Subcategory-- 1 Subcategory 2-- Subcategory 3-- etc.

How can I display products using  in views since the products should have an expanded sorting (this is possible in views)

But I can't create a separate view for each subcategory.

I did everything perfectly without views, but I can't attach open product sorting in the taxonomy.

For example.-- I create a product -- go to content -- add content -- select from the taxonomy term field Subcategory 1 -- set the taxonomy filter, but it does not display sorting on the page.

I'm completely confused. Please help.
