On the first day, I’ll explain how to get started with issue resolution, how to write patches, and how to attach them to issues. If you’ve never written a patch for Drupal before, we’ll work on Novice issues, which you’ll likely be able to handle. We’ll also find some issues we can resolve—or at least help resolve—and begin contributing to Drupal.

You can also work on translating Drupal into Russian or another language. There’s a dedicated interface for this on drupal.org, and I’ll cover that on the first day as well.

If you’re not interested in writing code or translations, you can help by writing Drupal documentation.

Many issues on drupal.org require writing tests. On the second day, we’ll go over the types of tests in Drupal and how to write them. We’ll also continue working on what we started on the first day.

If you can’t make it on either day, I’ll upload a video to my YouTube channel, and you can watch it anytime.
