502 Bad Gateway

Good morning Ivan, I recently installed the Media Gallery module and uploaded nearly 1GB of photos to the gallery. After that, the website's speed significantly slowed down, and most importantly, when opening the site from the browser, it doesn't load on the first try but rather on the second. The first time, a white page with "502 Bad Gateway" appears, then I refresh the page and the site loads quickly. I wrote to the hosting support, and they said that the site is not able to fully load in the required time and suggested optimizing the site or switching to "VIP" service :) Maybe you could give me some advice on how to optimize Drupal 7?
