add products via mysql

Please tell me how I can add a product directly through MySQL

 

I tried to find the table uuc_products uc_product  and add a row (244)

 

as a result, the product I added does not show up in the admin section under "content"

 

I'm also interested in the case of having custom fields for the product. Where should they be defined and which ID should be used to link them with the main product information? I'm unclear on this...
