encoding issue

 In the toolbar, there is something like this. Can someone please tell me how to fix it?

 

It seems that the problem lies in the settings of the block in the custom module. In general, the issue is related to the fact that some elements are not being displayed correctly. There are definitely problems with the display of certain blocks on the page that should be visible.

These configuration settings

are likely causing the issues

that are preventing them from appearing

as they should

. The affected blocks are probably not being rendered properly

and might be missing altogether
