Discount for self-pickup and delivery procedures

I followed the video mentioned in this topic to create a discount for delivery: https://drupalbook.org/ru/forum/dostavka-i-oplata

But the problem is that this discount was applied to all deliveries available on the site. How can I apply the discount only to one?

 

And I still don't understand how to change the weight of the deliveries. So that the one I need is at the top?
