Installing Drupal 7 Server on Windows 8

Hello.

I encountered a problem installing Drupal 7 on Windows 8.

I downloaded the archive with the installed server and extracted it to C:\. The launch goes without errors. Entries appear in the hosts file, but the browser cannot access www.drupal7 or http://www.drupal6/.

The firewall is turned off (KIS14).

PS I tried connecting to my machine from a virtual machine (Windows 7). I added the machine's address to the hosts file. Overall, it works that way.
