New EBT Image module!

Extra Block Types: Image module provides ability to add single image via Media field. It also has Image Link field to display image as a link. And it can be displayed as a thumbnail with lightbox popup.

You also can use Link Attributes widget for wrapper link, when attributes will be automatically applied:
