How to translate the /user page into another language?

I have a problem; I can't translate the page www.sitename.com/xxx/user where xxx is the language. I've connected i18n, and everything else on the site translates and works fine. However, the popup login in the second language appears in English, and I can't find where to translate the text fields on the /user page! I really need help!! I've read various articles on this topic, but I still don't understand how to do it. I would like to avoid creating a second page /user-xxx, as that seems a bit complicated for a beginner, and I'm not strong in PHP. Thank you in advance!
