Tooltip with an image in Drupal 7

Hello everyone!

Could you please advise on how to implement the following task:

we need a tooltip-like image from a specific node field to appear when hovering over the title in views, specifically for the title we are hovering over.

Ultimately, we want to achieve this: http://lotro-fan.ru/index/0-47

When hovering over the icon, a screenshot with a description appears.

I have tried various jQuery tooltips, but I can't seem to get them to work specifically in views.
