New EBT Accordion module!

Extra Block Types: Accordion module provides ability to add a block with Accordion / FAQ.

EBT allows to choose styles for Accordion and FAQ via UI.

• Added EBT Accordion basic functionality.
• Moved common EBT functions to EBT Core module.
• Added Block settings field.
• Added Block settings form.
• Pass Block settings to jQuery UI Tabs options.
• Added styles with plus/minus icons
• Enable EBT Settings field in default view mode
• Content and Settings for EBT Blocks were split with tabs
• Settings tab is extended with Design options including: CSS Box, Parallax background, background video, edge to edge, container width.
• All EBT Blocks will have CSS Box settings where content editors can set margins, paddings, borders.
• All EBT Blocks will inherit basic EbtSettingsDefaultWidget field widget with all Design options.

There is no automatic updates from 1.0.0 version, but all EBT Blocks will be working after modules update. Only tabs will be missing, because field_group module is added for 1.2.1 version.

1.3.x branch will have less code for EBT modules, because of:
- Move hook_theme_registry_alter to ebt_core
- Move hook_ENTITY_TYPE_view in ebt_core

Since this 1.4.0 release EBT Accordion module will support Drupal 9.3+.
