This chapter serves as a quick reference guide for installing Drupal, the required Drupal modules, and Ubercart. Ubercart is not a standalone shopping cart script; it is a Drupal module. This means you must first install Drupal and all the necessary modules before installing Ubercart.

You do not need to be a programming expert or system administrator to install Ubercart. I will first provide you with a brief explanation of the core technologies, and then we’ll continue with a step-by-step guide.
